How to Use These Practices

These tools are part of a larger inner transformation system. Use them in a way that supports your nervous system, your Archetypal Integration work, and your everyday life.

1. Daily Practice

Choose one breathwork, one meditation, or one short movement sequence and repeat it for 7–21 days. Consistency matters more than intensity.

2. Before Sessions

Use a calming or centering practice 10–15 minutes before an Archetypal Integration session to prepare your nervous system and arrive more fully present.

3. Integration Homework

After a session, use practices targeted to the archetype you’re working with — to stabilize insights, embody new patterns, and deepen the integration.
