His path has taken him through finance, martial arts, advanced yoga training, and deep studies in psychotherapy and ancient contemplative traditions — from Zen to Dzogchen to Internal Family Systems. With over 900 hours of teacher training at the world’s oldest yoga institute in India, Mark bridges ancient wisdom with modern tools for transformation.
His work is rooted in one timeless principle: all change begins in awareness. Through breath, movement, reflection, and stillness — Mark guides others to reconnect with the most essential part of themselves.
