  • ⚠️ We avoid strong hyperventilation or extreme retentions in sessions.
  • 🫀 If you have cardiovascular, respiratory, or pregnancy-related concerns, patterns are adjusted and, ideally, you have prior clearance from your doctor.
  • 🧘 Always practice seated or lying down, never while driving or in water.
