It is the space before words. Before labels. It is the direct experience of being.

Through breath, presence, and gentle attention, you begin to notice something that was never absent: You.

My Approach

My teaching draws from Zen, Dzogchen, and Yogic stillness practices — blending them into something simple, direct, and powerful.

I guide you to:

  • Use the breath as an anchor
  • Loosen unconscious mental habits
  • Rest in non-doing, non-resistance
  • Discover the silent witness within
