Not a method. Not a tool. A return to your original clarity.
What is Meditation
The Essence of Meditation
Meditation is not about stopping thoughts. It’s about returning to the place within you that is already still — already aware.
It is the space before words. Before labels. It is the direct experience of being.
Through breath, presence, and gentle attention, you begin to notice something that was never absent: You.
Common Misconceptions
- Stopping all thoughts
- Sitting uncomfortably and trying not to feel
- Reaching some "bliss state" every time
Meditation is not about "getting somewhere" — it’s about being here fully.
My Approach
My teaching draws from Zen, Dzogchen, and Yogic stillness practices — blending them into something simple, direct, and powerful.
I guide you to:
- Use the breath as an anchor
- Loosen unconscious mental habits
- Rest in non-doing, non-resistance
- Discover the silent witness within
Why Meditate?
How It Feels
It feels like taking off a heavy backpack you didn’t know you were carrying.
It feels like coming home — not to a place, but to your own being.
It feels like watching thoughts drift like clouds — without chasing them.
It doesn’t always feel “blissful.” Sometimes it’s quiet. Sometimes it’s messy. But it’s always real.
