Full refund if the session does not deliver. If you finish the 90 minutes and it has not given you something you can act on, tell me within 7 days of the session and I will refund you in full.
How to claim
Email info@markblack.ch from the address you used at checkout and say you would like a refund. You do not need to explain yourself, though I am always glad of the feedback.
Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 working days to show it.
Rescheduling
Life happens. You can move a booked session at no cost — just let me know before the scheduled time.
