This spring we build momentum together. Over the next 3 months we develop real strength, conditioning, mobility and awareness β progressively, intelligently, as a community.
Whether you've never trained a day in your life or you're already in great shape β you belong here. Every session is carefully structured so the intensity can be scaled safely for each person. You'll be challenged at exactly the right level for you, never pushed beyond what's appropriate.
If you have any physical considerations β such as high blood pressure, a recent injury, or any other health condition β please drop me a quick email before your first session. We'll have a short conversation to make sure everything is set up safely for you. No drama, just good preparation so you can show up and train with full confidence.
