Can we adapt for medical conditions?

Yes. We adjust breath cadence, movement intensity, and daily timing based on your health history. If in doubt, we go slower and simpler.

Online or in-person?

Both. Online works beautifully for rhythm design, breath timing, and micro-practices. In-person is available in the Baden / Zurich region.

Do I need wearables or tracking?

No. They can help (sleep or HRV trackers), but they’re optional. We focus on felt experience and simple markers you can notice in daily life.
