Sessions are structured but alive. We move between assessment, practice and integration based on what your body and nervous system show in real time.

    Mapping posture, breath rhythms, tension patterns and stress responses. We see where your system is holding.

    Breath-led work to open key areas: spine, pelvis, diaphragm, shoulders. You experience what ease feels like.

    Ultra-slow strengthening and joint conditioning build stability without compressing the system.

    Breath, awareness and movement come into coherence. You learn to carry this state into daily life.

Private Yoga Physical Mastery sessions

60 minutes of breath-led physical transformation in Baden or online. Each session is tailored to your body and nervous system in real time.

Sessions include assessment, corrective work, practice and a simple take-home sequence to deepen the change between sessions.
