Targeted, science-informed breathwork to calm anxiety, stabilise your nervous system and unlock more energy – without frying your system with random hyperventilation rituals.
When your system lives in low-level fight-or-flight, everything costs more energy: work, relationships, even basic decisions. Breath is the fastest way in – but only if used with precision.
This is not generic “just breathe deeper”. It is tailored nervous-system retraining for your actual patterns.
You can find a thousand breathwork videos online. Most of them have no idea who you are, how you breathe, or what state your system is in.
Here we actually assess your breathing and nervous system, then build a protocol that fits you – drawing from yogic pranayama, nervous system science and your own lived experience.
• Less background anxiety and agitation
• Easier to “switch off” and relax
• More stable, grounded baseline
• Fewer random energy crashes
• Clearer thinking under pressure
• Less rumination and looping
• Easier to stay with one task
• More space before reacting
• Softer jaw, shoulders, gut
• Less “fight-or-flight” in social or work situations
• Emotions moving through more cleanly
• Feeling more at home in your body
You don’t need another random technique. You need to know which breath patterns move you toward balance – and how to use them safely and consistently.
Sessions are 60 minutes, online or in Baden. You learn practices you can use for the rest of your life – not just while we’re on the call together.
This work pairs especially well with Yoga Physical Mastery or Archetypal Integration Therapy if you want a full-spectrum body–mind reset.
• A clearer understanding of your breath & nervous system
• 1–3 tailored breath practices for different situations
• Ideas on where to plug them into your daily life
• A felt sense of what regulation actually feels like for you
“Breath is the remote control for your nervous system. When you learn how to use it consciously, stress stops being your default state – and calm alertness becomes something you can choose.”
