    We look at your current stress load, sleep, energy and emotional patterns – and observe your natural breathing at rest.

    We explore different breathing rhythms (inhale / exhale length, breath holds, nose vs mouth) and see how your system responds in real time.

    Your personal protocol
    You receive 1–3 specific practices: for daily baseline, for stress spikes, and optionally for focus / performance.

    We decide where in your day these practices realistically live, so they become part of your life, not just something you try once.

Breathwork & Nervous System Reset sessions

Sessions are 60 minutes, online or in Baden. You learn practices you can use for the rest of your life – not just while we’re on the call together.

This work pairs especially well with Yoga Physical Mastery or Archetypal Integration Therapy if you want a full-spectrum body–mind reset.
