Why do intelligent people stay stuck?

Over the last 15+ years I’ve studied how change actually happens — not in theory, but in the body. My work is grounded in clinical yoga therapy, meditation, breathwork, somatic regulation, and lifestyle analysis.

Insight alone doesn’t change behaviour. The nervous system has to come with it.
