I’m Mark, and I’ve spent my life diving deep into the mind.

Over the years, I’ve trained and researched at the crossroads of Zen, Dzogchen, Yoga, Self-Enquiry, The History of Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Neuroscience, and performance science.

My purpose is simple: to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and breath. To connect with your Self Awareness

A Life Rooted in Inquiry

From an early age, I was fascinated with the mind, the inner world. Asking the questions that the adults were not asking. I’ve always been obsessed with how the mind works and the inner landscape. While others moved outward, I was drawn inward. To observing and contemplating. 

Over time, the inquiry became a path — through movement, through silence, through systems both ancient and modern — and ultimately back to presence itself. Questioning the nature of success, I pursued finance, but it became clear that my true work was not with numbers — but with the mind.

My path has been deeply inspired by great teachers and traditions:
Jiddu Krishnamurti, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, Katsuki Sekida, Sri Ramana Maharshi, Carl Jung, Swami Satyananda SaraswatiMantak Chia and many more.

Zen, Dzogchen, Yoga and Science remain my most natural language. I believe the mind the body and the breath are all connected; and working with any part affects the other.  When the mind is stable, the true nature of the Self can be discovered. Not what you think you are, or what the ego makes you to believe you are.

With over 900 hours of advanced training at
The Yoga Institute (India) — the world’s oldest organised yoga school — I bring classical depth.
Alongside this, I’ve trained in Tibetan Yantra Yoga, Internal Family Systems (IFS), breath science, and the direct
practices of Self-Enquiry inspired by Sri Ramana Maharshi and Jiddu Krishnamurti to create my own unique style.
